What is Fixed Weekly Fees for Life?

Your Weekly Fee is $189 per week and covers rates, insurance, building maintenance, and village management. At The Grove, this fee is fixed for life - it will never increase, no matter how long you live here. This is increasingly rare in retirement villages, and it means you always know exactly what you're paying.

What is the Deferred Management Fee?

The Deferred Management Fee (DMF) is paid when you leave the village, not upfront. At The Grove, it's 25% of the purchase price - lower than most villages which charge 25-30%. This fee covers the refurbishment of your apartment for the next resident. There are no other hidden fees or exit costs.

How does the moving process work?

We know moving can feel overwhelming. That's why we offer a $5,000 moving package to help with the transition. Our team can recommend removalists, help coordinate the move, and make sure you're settled in. Most residents tell us the move was easier than they expected.

Can I visit without an appointment?

Absolutely. Our doors are open 10am to 4pm, seven days a week. Pop in for a coffee, have a look around, and chat with our team. No pressure, no sales pitch - just a chance to see if The Grove feels right for you.
